    Mission  

    The mission of Bradford County's Food and Nutrition Services Program, as a student support function, is to provide nutritionally sound, visually appealing meals, which are cost effective and promote customer satisfaction.

    To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complaintant should complete a FormAD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at:  www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/USDA-OASCR%20P-Complaint-Form-0508-002-508-11-28-17Fax2Mail.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a ltter addressed to USDA.  The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficent detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and dae of an alleged civil rights violation.  The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

Mr. Blake Dicks

Blake Dicks was named the Food and Nutrition Director in April of 2022.  Prior to joining Bradford School District, he spent 11 years in Food and Nutrition for Alachua County Public Schools.  

Blake is passionate about providing nutritious meals for all students.  He believes that customer service is key to all aspects of Food and Nutrition.  Students learn better when they enjoy a nutritionally balanced meal in a setting that is student focused and kind.  Food is fun, and meal times should be fun times!
